We were pleased to meet with the Minister of Finance, Hon. Craig Pardy, and senior departmental officials as part of the provincial government’s pre-budget consultation process on February 25, 2026.

During our presentation, we highlighted key issues, including, workers’ rights, occupational health and safety, improving workers’ compensation, addressing the cost-of-living crisis, and the critical role of strong public services

The Minister responded positively to our proposals and committed to continuing an open dialogue with our Federation moving forward.

Let’s all work together to build a prosperous future for workers and their families; a future where no one is left behind.
