Young Workers’ Survey

May 9, 2026

The NLFL Young Workers’ Committee is inviting all young workers aged 35 and under to share their experiences and help shape its priorities over the next three years. The survey below is anonymous.

Survey – HERE

This is an opportunity to highlight the challenges young workers are facing across Newfoundland and Labrador – from the cost of living and job security to mental health and workplace conditions – and ensure those realities are heard.

The information and input collected will help strengthen how the Committee shows up for young workers and contribute to ongoing work within the Federation.

Deadline to complete is June 3.
